We recently purchased a used car from Audi Palo Alto. We worked with Radi. While our used car was not an Audi, I have to say that when I am next in the market for a car, I will certainly start by talking to Radi!
The service department is very bad ..the attitude and the way they treat you after paying so much money is definitely not worth recommending the place to anyone.
My wife's Q5 had excess oil consumption. After multiple tests, Palo Alto Audi replaced the pistons in May 2018. In April 2019 the piston comes through the side of the engine block (less than 12 months and less than 12,000 miles). Palo Alto Audi tells me yesterday it will pay for 60% of the cost to replace the engine. Palo Alto Audi does not honor their own written warranties. Please consider our experience before ever doing any business with Palo Alto Audi. We're contacting our attorney this morning.
Our experience with Radi at Audi Palo Alto was exceptional. He made this the easiest car deal we ever made and went out of his way to close the sale. Gino in Finance was equally helpful and ensured everything was easy and stress free. I highly recommend Audi Palo Alto, and we’ll be back there for our next new car.
You think a luxury car dealer wouldn’t rip you off, but after only having our Audi wagon for two months(used), it wouldn’t start having problems so quickly. And they want us to pay for the problem when they should have made sure it was in working condition before they sold it. I was in love with Audi now I will be going to Chevy. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with your service. I won’t be buying from you guys again.
