Currently I own an A8. Traveled from Sacramanto to purchase a CPO A5 cabriolet. In reviewing the paperwork we saw that they replaced one of the tires creating a 5/32 differential in size from the other three. Guaranteed to screw up the drive train. They need to replace all four tires but refused. Manager treated my wife like dirt. I have already bought one car here but will never return.

They are very lagging in responding to an internet lead. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them for the procurement of a car via the internet. Unfortunately, it would be better to make an appointment with them an go in person. When you are at the dealership you can get answers in minutes versus days. It took me approximately 2 weeks to work with them to buy a car. The delay was strictly on there part or lack of desire to bring the sale to conclusion.
