First visit, thought my dog had ear infection. Was told he was fine but the itching got worse. Went back and it was indeed an ear infection. This didn’t engender trust in the staff. But mostly what informs my rating is their strange sales approach - feels like being at a used car dealership except here, they send a kid in to talk to you about your estimate. Dr.Sherma is an incredible doctor. Love how he sat listened to my dogs background history and created a well thorough plan and ensured a follow up. Great animal care.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Had an emergency with my cat, my regular vet was not available for 2 days. I frantically looked for a Vet that could take him right away. They were able to make an appointment immediately. Called when they opened and I got an appointment at 9:30 a.m.. Dropped off in the parking lot. Intake was easy, filled out basic info on a tablet while they brought him in to be seen. Then the vet, Dr. B came out and discussed his issues and what was wrong, She really put my mind at ease.
