My oldest son had a terrible experience at another pediatric dentist when he was 5 years old. It took me two years of coaxing in order to get him to come and visit Dr. Tsai's office. Now, he looks forward to going to the dentist. My youngest son loves the dentist too! The entire staff at Carlsbad Pediatric Smiles is wonderful! They take their time with each child, allowing the child and the parent to feel important. They explain everything that they are doing, and never push for treatment that isn't necessary. We have been cpming to Dr. Tsai for 4 years now a can't imagine going anywhere else. You'll know from the first phone call you make to their office, that this is where you want to bring your kids. My only problem is that I can't be seen by Dr. Tsai.
