My family has been coming to Dr. Staffon for 8 years now. I never leave the office that I don't think "wow, what a great experience." I never have that anxiety that so many of my friends talk about and I never experience any pain. He gives a shot that is by far the best and most pain free that I have ever had. The entire staff is terrific. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the hygienists you couldn't ask for a more caring group of employees.
Dr. Staffon's office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and caring. The Dr. himself is very qualified and makes you at ease. You know you are in good hands. The hygienists are terrific-you really know you have had a good professional cleaning when you leave their room. The women at the front desk are helpful with your questions. insurance, appts. and anything else you may need. There's not one person in his office that is not top notch. I love my smile and I can honestly say, I love going to the dentist. I have been a client of Dr. Staffon for years and have recommended him to all my friends. He and his staff are able to diagnose and treat issues that other dentists just tell you "is just the way your mouth is, or you will just have to live with". Dr. Staffon's office is easily the best I've been to. On my first visit to Dr. Staffon's office ( 6 or 7 years ago) I met 2 patients in the waiting room who had driven up from Orange County. They both followed him when he relocated to Carlsbad, which, of course, told me I'd probably found the right dental office. The entire staff is great, starting with Maggie and Lynn at the front desk, who always are geniunely happy to see patients and ask about family and activities. Dr. Staffon's office is one of the best dental offices I have ever gone to and it ALL STARTS with the wonderful women at the front desk, Maggie and Lynn, who always greet you by name, always follow up with some tidbit they've learned about you along the way and create a genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere. Most medical offices (medical, dental, vision, etc...) are fairly cold and impersonal; not with these two acting as "Directors of First Impressions." Been going here to have my teeth perfected since Dr. Staffon bought the practice 8 years ago. Everyone from Dr. Staffon to the lovely ladies at the front desk, to Valerie (the world's best dental hygienist) is just amazing. The procedures are so well executed that I actually enjoy my hour catching up with everyone. If only everyone could have this type of dental experience!
