Customer service is poor. I get the girls at the front desk and those taking the samples are probably burned out. I don't blame them. I blame management for not setting higher expectations of their staff or staffing the Carlsbad location better so their employees don't feel overwhelmed. For $160 cash for rapid test they can surely offer to pick up the phone to share a result.
Clean facility, seen promptly. Lindsay did a great job sewing up a laceration on my forehead. Stiches came out today. Can't see any scar! Efficient staff.

It took me about 2.5 hours to be seen, after telling me it was a 1.5 to 2 hour wait. I saw a PA, not a doctor, but got the treatment I needed.

I've already been to this urgent care multiple times this year for completely different issues. And each time the service is amazing and the physicans are caring and efficient. I always love coming here when I have any health problems and definitely recommend this spot. Better than my primary doctor, thats forsure.
The wait time was not long the nurse care was good Dr. Care was very good
I developed an ear infection prior to a flight to Denver. I was seen quickly and received treatment promptly. I was able to board the plane early the next morning with no worries about my ear discomfort. I was provided with multiple instructions on treatment that I followed as instructed. It was a great flight because of the care I received. Thanks guys!
