I'm a returning patient and I called to see about an appointment for a new problem I'm having. I was appalled by the horrible customer service I was given over the phone. The receptionist said she could text me even though we were on the phone. I just got new insurance and I don't have a card yet but I have the policy number and all the information. My experiences with Dr Kelly is he's a monster and abuses Work Comp patients for profit and gain. Dr Kelly acted with intentional malpractice with intent to cause pain and suffering during a botched PRP procedure on my knee on April 31st 2023. Dr Kelly stuck a 26 gauge needle into deep subcutaneous tissue of the knee without any anesthesia or a local. The severity of the pain caused me to pass out and caused me to go into shock which I was then promptly escorted to the door. He also failed to use ultrasound imaging to guide ... read more
I contacted Berg Orthopedics at least 5 times and that is in their files. I gave them the details to contact my insurance Kaiser to file a claim. All their representatives were rude and absolutely useless and unwilling to help. Unless you pay the bill yourself even though my insurance covers it, they aren't willing to do anything to help the issue. They told me I had to have Kaiser call them. Finally after 6 months of calling both entities I thought it was resolved until I recently received a letter from a debt collector. I ... read more
