I Received a birthday email and tried to use it only to be told I couldn’t. Because of an email mistake. As a small business marketing expert that specializes in Email marketing I could not believe what just happened! You lost a customer, not just one but two and we have seven Grandkids! Let that sink in Carls. Your employee at the counter was rude and did nothing to make it right!

we Love Carl's Ice cream and delish foods too!
Went to Carl’s last night. Normally we get a small or medium dish of hard ice cream. Last night we decided to get a couple of root beer floats. They were terrible!! We will never to do it again!! Had a lot of ice cream in it, but the root beer was nasty! No taste and did not even taste like root beer!!

scoops of ice cream flavors! soft serve and frozen yogurt too! There I go, starting with dessert. They do have delicious food too
Good food but if you’re in the drive thru and they say they’ll be with you in a minute you’ll wait a long time and eventually you’ll have to pull up and knock on window or call them on the phone, I’ve done both.
