not having a mask mandate for employees is irresponsible
They don't wear masks. They're irresponsible and have created an unsafe environment.
You’re better off buying ice cream at the grocery store instead of here where it’s served up with a side of possible covid.
You either need to start following and enforcing state mandates about masks or you need to close the shop.
The ice cream tasted weird, kind of like it had been coughed in. Basic food safety is not adhered to here during a pandemic, plenty of other ice cream shops to go to

Employees refuse to wear masks during a pandemic. Even if the manager DOES have legit health issues (and isn't lying through her teeth like most antimaskers making that claim these days), that does NOT excuse the lack of hygiene. Back when I was scooping sorbet, every time I sneezed into a tissue, I was told to wash my hands before I'd even thrown the tissue away. God help me if I so much as LOOKED at a customer before washing my hands. If the employees aren't wearing masks, I wonder how much handwashing is actually going on... read more
Not requiring masks. Workers are unmasked and breathing on alll the food. Do not go to this place staffed by plague rats
