Just happened to read the reviews on this page- sad to read so many negative reviews. Seems like people are quick to post if they had a bad experience, but not all the good experiences. I am too guilty so here is my review... Living use to Carl's and I can say we have never had a bad experience- love their burgers and my kids love the funny faces on their ice cream.
