The best place in Central Illinois for ice cream. I'm there at least two times a month for a twist cone and my wife love the Lemmon hard ice cream.
Carl's is where my girlfriend, son and I go to get ice cream every time we want ice cream. Excellent, speedy customer service with a smile. And a great atmosphere to enjoy our treats! We are customers for life. Highly recommended!
Carls is my go to ice cream place! Love it! It doesn't hurt that their burgers and fries are also soooo good!
Staff so welcoming, knowledgeable, the star was BLACK CHERRY SOFT SERVE!!!! My Chicken croissant was delicious.
