Carl(and son) has been servicing my home since my grandfather owned my home. Good people, honest work and honest prices.
This was our first time using Carl’s Heating and Cooling. I called and Carl III showed up within one hour and diagnosed our bad furnace motor and also discovered we had a blown capacitor in our AC unit outside. This was on a Sunday around 8pm. Yes, you heard that correctly. It had already reached the 80’s in our house and he replaced the motor (had to retrieve from shop) and a capacitor within 30 minutes after arriving back. Carl II showed up at my house within an hour of my call near the end of day on a Friday. My HVAC stopped cooling. He had originally installed new American Standard equipment about 6 years ago and we’ve had zero repair issues with it. He quickly determined the cause was a failed capacitor. He had a replacement in his van and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend him to clients and friends all the time. Best service in the business.
Carl was wonderful! He was out to our house quickly when we needed a second opinion. He answered our questions honestly and made necessary repairs at a fair price. We will be calling him again for all of our heating and cooling needs!
