I encountered an issue with their repair programs, but they quickly fixed the mistake and handled it with great courtesy. The team at Carl’s is exceptional. Jack, in particular, was very helpful; he assisted me today in finding a new 3-wood to replace my old one. They offer excellent pricing and customer service.
Time after time this store delivers poor service. I’m only ranking at two stars because of the selection of merchandise and equipment. But for customer service, it’s definitely one of the worst golf stores that I’ve ever been to. Let’s take for example the 20 minutes that I walked around the store this afternoon. Multiple times, I walked through the clothing section, with merchandise in hand to purchased, where employees would walk straight past me and say nothing, but approach other customers asking if they need assistance.... read more

My husband and I stopped in earlier this week. We were looking for golf shoes for my husband and we're greeted by a great young guy in shoes. He was knowledgeable, listened to what my husband likes in his golf shoes and found the perfect shoes for him. As we browsed through the store, we were greeted multiple times by staff offering assistance. Each one was great about answering any questions we had. It was a great experience.
