Stopped in yesterday. Nice selection. Was in there for about 30-40 minutes. It wasn't super busy. Not one employee acknowledged my presence, so I figured out what I wanted and left to go find it online.
I wanted to share my experience of customer service that I had recently at Carl’s. I have purchased all of my golf equipment there for many years because they always have competitive prices and they are local to me. I purchased P790 irons in 2021 from Carls after getting fitted and loved them. Fast forward to 2025 and I had 2 irons shafts (DG 105) break in the exact same place due to a flawed design where a piece of foam in the shaft was collecting moisture and ultimately causing the shaft to rust internally. It's disappointing that Carl's doesn't support the community that they benefit from. I brought my 10 year old son to the driving range and purchased a bucket of balls to hit. He's a hockey player and has a golf fundraiser and we are looking for prize donations or hole sponsors. Apparently Carl's has a blanket policy that they don't support any golf outings.
