Susan I believe is the property manager. She is racist and is constantly harassing people. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I am in disbelief they would allow someone to run this establishment who acts the way that she does. Hopefully when she retires they will hire someone who has respect and empathy for others considering it is a residency for the older community. I’m disappointed.
