Truck was recently hit by a bunch of furniture at my apartment complex on a windy day, after the insurance claim I went to carls as I heard they have an amazing reputation. Now after having them do all the work I couldn't agree more, they did such an amazing job, and even went above and beyond. amazing job they provided
My car was hit three months ago and I had it appraised right away. unfortunately, I had to wait a while to get things sorted out with the at-fault party's insurance before having my car fixed. The process took almost 2 months and when I unexpectedly dropped off my vehicle I was told I might have to wait longer than the original 15 day work time estimate. I understood their prerogative but was a bit disappointed due to the fact I was responsible for 50% of my rental costs. Fast forward 15 days and I am back in my car! Huge th... read more
After someone hit my car I went to Carl’s and was very impressed with the professionalism and attention that I received. They took care of every step of the process for me including coordinating the rental car. I picked up the car yesterday and it was perfect. I want to thank the staff for the wonderful service and caring attitude while doing their job.
