Carl’s collision was the best body shop I have ever worked with. I had a very bad experience previously with another body shop. Horrible paint matching panels not lined up properly etc. I was skeptical in the beginning dropping the car off but Carl’s collision showed me what a body shop is supposed to be like. Hopefully I never need to go back but I certainly would feel allot better about it if I did have to.
This place is literally where I bring all my car when I got into accident , place is so big where they even have satellite enterprise rental located inside of this building ! Literally state of the art machine to bring your car back to likefactory show room condition .
Micheal from Carl’s Collision provided me with the best service I could ask for. He went above and beyond to make sure the parts were available quickly and that I understood each process along the way. I highly recommend this shop if you ever need assistance with a car in Rhode Island.
I've taken my car to the Newport location twice. The quality of work is top notch, and Michael was really professional and did an awesome job keeping me updated on how things were going with repairs. My car was immaculate when I got it back. They really go above and beyond!
