I made appointment at 7:00 am on a Friday to get my vehicle repaired. My husband and I arrived at 6:54, we were met by grumpy Carl. He stated he would not to speak to us because it was before 7 and he was not opened for business, "Just leave your keys". My parents have done business with Carl in the past and were satisfied with his work, so I complied and left my keys. The moron that owns this shop told me my brakes are ok when I brought my car in for a brake check but meanwhile they are making a squeaky noise now. He also kicked me out of his shop and cussed at me over me telling him nicely that he and his staff should be following the mask mandate which he is not. Carl is a real POS. AVOID THIS SHOP AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A MECHANIC THAT CARES.

The owner of this shop who's name is Carl Walker does not follow the mask mandate. Carl, his secretary and at least one of his mechanic's were not wearing masks when I came here. He's the most unprofessional auto mechanic I've ever met. I was nicely telling him that him and his staff should be wearing masks since they are required by law in a place of business and because of the high number of COVID cases now. I have been taking my vehicles to Carl for over 10-yrs and would not think of going anywhere else. Honest & straightforward - I have never been disappointed. Thank you Carl, you're the best!!

Fantastic customer service at a very reasonable price! I did my car maintenance here through Google search to find a woman-friendly service for car repairs and their name popped up. My time is definately worth spending and I will come back again in the future to take care of my car. Thank you.

My daughter (in her 50's) went in yesterday for an oil change. The young man at the desk was very polite but the man (an older gentleman with a deformed hand/wrist) who presumably took care of the car was very abrupt with one syllable comments and no personality was very abrupt with my daughter. I had always heard that this establishment did good work but they need to learn how to deal with their customers. We will not go back
amazing place. my grandfather has been going here for years and a few months back i tried them out and honestly aint going anywhere else. super quick and convenient and great customer service. all the employees ive talked to have been very nice n super helpful. thank u carl for your great service.

What a fantastic experience. Not only completed my repairs quickly, and at an extremely affordable price, but honestly diagnosed and prioritized. There were things I was concerned with that they said didn't need addressed. So nice to find an honest and reasonably priced shop.
