I made appointment at 7:00 am on a Friday to get my vehicle repaired. My husband and I arrived at 6:54, we were met by grumpy Carl. He stated he would not to speak to us because it was before 7 and he was not opened for business, "Just leave your keys". My parents have done business with Carl in the past and were satisfied with his work, so I complied and left my keys.
