I am happy and satisfied with the care and importance they all gave to my case. Mrs Maria was always kind and very helpful, always getting an answer for me when Carlos was busy with an other case. Always got back to me with an answer within hours or the next day. They also helped me with a payment plan which was amazing and very helpful. Since the beginning he was very helpful until the end, even though the case got a little complicated he was able to finalize it with a positive outcome.
