Liam and his assistant Damian did a great, efficient job replacing the garbage disposal and clearing the kitchen drain line. I highly recommend Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical. Gary, a master plumber, and his assistant Damian quickly and thoroughly found the problem with our broken kitchen drain pipe and replaced it the right way. Damian arrived right on time for our plumbing service appointment for the tankless water heater. He explained in simple terms that the unit is getting close to the end of its service life and that the manufacturer recommends letting it run out its remaining lifespan since it has never been serviced before. I’m really impressed with Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone in Dallas who needs drain cleaning, a clog cleared, or other plumbing work around the house. Gary, if I remember right, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient, and he explained the plumbing issue in simple terms so I knew what was being done. Damian did an excellent job replacing my water heater and getting the hot water running better throughout the house. Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical was great to work with. They helped me a lot with my home warranty company and made the whole plumbing service process much easier than I expected.
