Carlos came by to look at my pool. We agreed to his price for service going forward. I questioned one of his costs for a next day revisit because I thought is was a bit much to pay $65 just to check the chemicals again and he seemed to become bent out of shape at my inquiry. It felt like he quoted a reasonable rate on the phone but then started to nickel and dime me in person.
