Very disappointed in the lack of customer care just trying to schedule our father's eye surgery. Not a reflection on the doctor...just a reflection on the support staff/team. Should not take over a month and many communications to get the RIGHT answers...to get genuine assistance. Should not have to keep asking for a manager's name four times in a row when you can't get any proper responses. This is an extremely busy office because they are the best! Wait times have greatly improved the last couple of years even though one of the doctors is out of the office & other doctors are covering for him.
Very friendly staff, and helpful felt very comfortable with eye exam
This place is amazing. I went into urgent care yesterday and was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer. I was able to get an appointment within the hour and Dr. Pham was so friendly and took care of me right away.
Good experience. Not long of a wait and everyone was very friendly.
Love it Dr Martinez is the best. He did my eye surgery. The best.
