Staff has mixed up Rx several times and taking many days to get it straight for elderly mother. Communication not very professional and rude.
I Love Dr Manalich. He explains everything in detail. He doesn't rush you through your appointment. He is very through.
My mother called a month ago, no response. Called 3 weeks ago. No response. Called this week!!!! No response!!!!! Worst office ever!!!! Don’t go there! I expected better Dr. Carlos! You used to an amazing bedside physician. I know! I worked with you! I recommended my mother to you! I’m ashamed of you!
Had a 0900 appointment today. Receptionist and nurse got me in the exam room right away. I then sat there for 1 and a half hours with no interaction and NO physician. I opened the door and waited for someone to notice me without any luck. NO one seemed to care. Physicians don't make hospital rounds any longer and there was no emergency in the office. All staff just sitting around socializing about their children. POOR patient care and I'm a registered nurse.
Dr. Manalich is taking care of my father, and is most impressive.
