Dr. Hernandez and his team provide exceptional care. I was able to get an emergency appointment, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. had an extraction with a bone graft, and Dr. Hernandez did an excellent job. He numbed me thoroughly I didn’t feel any pain at all. The entire procedure was smooth, and I felt very comfortable throughout. As someone with dental anxiety, I truly appreciated how gentle and reassuring he was. The front staff was also welcoming and organized.
The women running this office are some of the most amazing and kind professionals I've ever met. They are compassionate and informative. The one star is because of the prejudice and bullying from the Dentist Hernandez. I came to this office because it said he had cultural competency training and the reviews spoke wonders about empathetic treatment towards Medi-Cal insured patients and patients with anxiety and I have extensive trauma from medical abuse. Dr Hernandez needs to receive 10 stars I am so happy I found him and the front girl staff, got in as a emergency next day, got my decayed tooth extracted it took 13 mins from start of numbing to extraction of my back tooth, he is super smooth, very nice and professional I just can’t say enough positive about this office I am terrified of dentist or dental work and I was so relieved and happy with the extraction and will be going every week for treatments, filling, and cleaning. I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, and finding one who treats patients with government insurance kindly was a top priority for me. After searching through tons of reviews, I finally found H&H Dentistry — and thank God I did! The front staff were so professional, kind, and non-judgmental.
