I went to Dr. Carlos Alonso for the first time because of the great reviews on the website, and while the doctor was kind and explained my treatment thoroughly, the communication from the office staff has been extremely disappointing. No one responds to messages sent through the online portal. Emails go unanswered, even when I follow up multiple times. The office closes at 5:00 pm but never answering the calls after 4:30pm.
