Called when on his way and arrived within 90 minutes and took about 15 minutes to open door. Reasonable.
Holy cow. My key was stuck in my ignition and completely broken off the key fob. A hot mess! Carlos calmed me down and worked some kind of magic all the way inside the steering column and the tumbler. He was awesome. I have a new key and it works better than it ever has. Thank you so much.
