I found Dr. Gonzalez to be very informative and helpful. I like the fact that he explained everything he would do to correct the problem, answered all questions and left no doubt in your mind. I left his office looking forward to the surgery with complete faith that everytyhing would work out fine. If all doctors were like this wouldn't it be great!
This was a GREAT experience. He was professional, very thorough, and took the time to answer ALL of our questions. I switched to Dr. Gonzalez via recommendation from a nursing colleague after a VERY, VERY bad experience with Dr. Diaz-Pagan. In addition, his staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful.
I had surgery June 14th for a knee replacement. Every visit with him thus far has been great. I go with my list of questions and concerns, and he takes the time to answer every single one without hesitation. I'm still recovering, and had a slight set back, but he explained what the next strategic move was for me with a positive attitude. This was the first time I had visited with Dr. Gonzalez and I must say he is a terrific doctor and person. Dr. Gonzalez sat down and explained everything I needed to know about my arthritic hip and also noticed that I was developing a notch on my femur bone from my previous hip resurfacing. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very personable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gonzales to friends and family.
I took my mom to Dr. Gonzalez because she needed a total knee replacement. He was great at explaining the procedure and options to her. After the surgery she had minimal pain, she started walking the same day of the surgery. My mom is 75 years old and recovered quickly from the surgery.
