New patient, exceptional staff interactions and very efficient office experience. More importantly, I trust the advice of staff, and Dr. Picone for my personal health and guidance on steps forward.
His online reviews made me want to see him for a sleep study. He saw me for 5 minutes, was in a hurry and not very attentive, but gave me ok info and booked me for the sleep test. That was the last I heard of him. One of his nurses helped with the sleep test. They forgot to send me the results. When they finally sent the results I asked if doctor could explain them to me. Update 5/30/25-I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. My new dr was kind, caring, professional, and LISTENED to me. She did an ACTUAL breathing test (not the short version they tried to get away with here) and a mobility/oxygen saturation test and took a detailed history of my symptoms including asking what irritants I may be exposed to that may be exacerbating my symptoms. Before we had personal experience with Dr Picone, we were aware that our son, who lived out of town, had seen him on a few occasions when he needed medical care while visiting us. And he liked Dr. Picone a lot. So, when our long-time doctor retired, we chose Dr. Picone as our primary care physician. It was a good decision.
