Expect to be greeted with staff that can't be bothered to check you in. You will be dismissed to a kiosk where you wait behind elderly people fumbling thru the check in process with no assistance. Be prepared to wait 2 hours on average to speak with the doctor for 5 minutes. Techs will rush you thru every test as they are over booked and understaffed. You will be steered into surgical options that are best for the facility and not for the patient.
Dr Diaz is a great Dr. have to wait a long time to see him but worth the wait.
