Dr. Duran takes his time to explain things to you and treats you with respect. Unfortunately, his M.A., Carla does not give one iota about patients and refuses to return telephone calls. I've left 4 messages in 2 weeks and she has ignored them. The front desk is just as bad. I desperately need a medication and even after leaving 2 messages in the Portal for Dr. Duran, I'm still ignored.

My husband had a bad reaction to his medication. He has been calling the office to get directions and a new medication. It’s been over a week. He has not received a call back it’s been over a week. He has had to go back to an old medication and can’t get the doctor to write any prescription for his blood pressure. This is bordering on negligent.
