Carlos went above and beyond, not only finding our perfect “forever home” house, but also doing the legwork to help us assume the seller’s loan at 2.75! Saved us a boatload of dollars! Very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. I used him to purchase the home and sell the home, he also goes above and beyond for what he does as an agent he makes sure that you get what you deserve.
