Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this shop. I had an accident and needed to get an estimate, so I chose Carlo’s Tires after speaking with them. I was told the estimate would cost $80. At the same time, I had a knocking noise coming from the rear wheel, and they told me they could fix it for $120. I knew one bolt obviously wasn’t worth $120, but I agreed to it anyway. I figured they were doing the estimate for me, they have families to support, and I was willing to pay for their work. Visited this location for new tires for installation. They didn’t remove old balancing weight foam and scratched all my 4 wheels inside. They charged $160 for this service. Photos are attached

My family and I have been going to the shop for years and I can say now I will never step foot in the shop again. After years of going there, the shop owner’s wife, son, and another NEW employee were so beyond disrespectful towards me and my father. Not only did they give insane attitude, speak to me and my father like we were idiots, but also tried to charge me $800 for a service that I just paid $180 to get done at another shop.
