Dr. Vargas is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend him. The staff are friendly and efficient. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit. The doctor explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He is a very good doctor and I have been his patient for a long time now.
This is really bad service,I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to make an appointment no one came back to the line.
I have been a patient of Dr Vargas for years and I must say that absolutely everything has been wonderful, from the doctor’s bedside manners, to the knowledge His staff has. Dr. Vargas has always been kind and respectful, has patience and time to answer everyone of my questions. Everyone in his team is also very welcoming.
Llamé para poner una cita y la muchacha me trató mal, le dije que por favor me ayudara con una cita y me dice dame un momento y me cerró el teléfono, la vuelvo a llamar y le dije que me cerró que eso está mal, y me ignoró y me dijo el doctor Vargas no está trabajando y ni me dejó poner la cita. Tengo que hacerme una endoscopia, me llamaron porque todavía no estaba el referido, la muchacha que me llamó me dijo que llamara a Humana y yo llamé,Humana me dio un número para que ellos los llamaran cuando llame a la oficina del Dr. Vargas me contestaron bien mal, son groseras y no me dejaron explicarle lo que me dijo Humana, no lo recomiendo para nada.Mi nombre es Magdalena Jouvin.
