Doctor Guanche was highly recommended to me. I could not be happier with the outcome of my hip replacement. I have an appointment to see him for the other hip coming up. I totally trust him.
I came to Cedars‑Sinai after a prior car accident left me with ongoing pain in my left back, leg, and ankle. After the pain extended into my right‑side groin area, I went to the ER, had an ultrasound and X‑ray, and was referred to Orthopedics. Working on a 5th shoulder surgery to fix how badly Dr. Guanche did 3 of those surgeries. STAY AWAY!!! Was an awful experience!! He did a few surgeries on my shoulder. After the 3rd one he blamed me for continuing. I have Grand Mal seizures and dislocate my shoulder in my sleep. I explained that and he didn't believe me. Dr. Guanche is the greatest shoulder surgeon but I have doubts about his back office.
Had a total hip replacement. A year later I am 100 times worse than I was before I saw him. When something goes wrong he will abandon you. I regret ever seeing him.
