BE VERY CAREFUL with this realtor, he is a scam artist! We rented a commercial office from him and him and the landlord consipired to keep our hard earned deposit and last months rent, I am currently in the process of hiring a lawyer to get our deposit back as it has been over a year and we have not received any of our funds back. I will be filing a complaint with DBPR as well as no one should be another victim of this realtor.
