Here at this office the assistances were very patient and kind. When I saw the doctor I think he had the patience of Job. He listened and was very good at explaining what was happening and how we could correct the problem. I can’t say that I have had this attention very often. But the most striking thing was he never got esoteric. He talked with compassion. I pray things will go well with my problem and correcting it. Thanks Carlon for easing me through this most painful and difficult time.

This is by far one of the worst dentist offices I have used! I started using them back in January 2020 & they turned out to be exactly like 2020 has been to all of us. My dentist passed away that I had used for the last 19 yrs. Dr. Becky Carlon just lied to me on the phone and told me that she was the one that saw me last when I know for sure it was her daughter that talked with me. Her daughter showed me some partials I could pick from after I had oral surgery & two root canals which needed to be done before the partial could be put in place. I was actually there for a cleaning, which they never did. They ask me to do some more X-rays that I would need to pay up front $135.00, which I did after waiting on those & talking more with her daughter about what needed to be done Dr. Becky Carlon came into the room & told the dental assistants that they had spent enough time with me & she escorted me to the front desk to pay them. I should have asked about why I didn’t get my teeth cleaned, but Dr. Becky Carlon’s manner & the way she talked to her assistants that was helping me made me angry. I found out right after my visit that my cancer had returned and I could not go and .get the work done that was suggested to me by her daughter Dr. Christen Carlon. After five months and 3 surgeries for my cancer, I have a problem with one of my teeth and called to see if they could either see me or refer me to whom ever I needed to see. I now have to take chemo and immunotherapy for the next year and know that if I have any problems with my teeth there is nothing that can be done until my treatments are over. Dr. Becky Carlon lectured me and told me she was the one who saw me and that they don’t do partials. First of all there is a big difference in the way Dr Becky Carlon looks compared to her daughter, so I know whom I saw and what was discussed. When I told her she was not the one I saw last, she told me that it was her and I could come in to see if my tooth is infected so something could be done before my chemo starts. She sent me back to the receptionist and I made the appointment for the following day. I asked the receptionist who it was I was just talking to and she told me Dr. Becky Carlon. Keep in mind that when I was talking to Dr. Becky Carlon I told her that it was in fact her daughter Dr. Christen Carlon and I described her daughter as the one with the long blonde hair, in which she immediately replied “that’s me”. So she lied to me right there. It wasn’t 5 mins later after I told the receptionist, when she told me who I was talking to that Dr. Becky Carlon had just lied to me that Dr. Becky Carlon called me back and told me to get another dentist. Very unprofessional!!

Ms. Lentz, I am very sorry that there has been a misunderstanding on your part. Dr. Christen Carlon was not working on the days of your appointments, and therefore, could not have met and spoken with you as described. The helpful young woman who spent a lot of time explaining things to you was a dental assistant. She is also young and blonde and so good at what she does, maybe this is why you were confused. After having spent lots of time with you over three long appointments, we did our best to recommend treatment plans and help you. After being informed on Monday of your current health status, we of course offered to see you again and help. Unfortunately, the misunderstanding had led to mistrust as the receptionist was told "Dr. Becky lied straight to my face." At this time, we felt the Doctor-Patient relationship had been broken beyond repair and that it was best for you to see another dentist. Even after personal insults and inappropriate language, we sent all x-rays, free of charge, to the dentist you had selected. I am so sorry that such a simple misunderstanding led to a lost patient relationship. I am so sorry to learn of your health problems, and certainly hope things will be better soon.

I was a little hesitant about going to Carlon because I had never heard of them but I broke my front tooth and needed it taken care of ASAP. I called several dentist for an appointment but due to the Covid-19 situation everyone was booked. When I called Carlon they were able to get me in the same week. From the time I entered the office I felt welcome there. My experience at Carlon was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone that we’re involved in my care and even those that weren’t we’re awesome to me. You ladies were the bomb😁 I look forward to having all my family’s dental care at Carlon. Not to mention my teeth are BEAUTIFUL.

As a colleague of Dr. Christen Carlon, I can personally attest to the level of expertise and knowledge that she carries with her in her practice. Dentistry must be a genetic trait because it is definitely in her blood without doubt. She has always carried herself with poise and professionalism and I would trust her with my own dental care (and I'm a dentist too!). Look no further than Carlon Dentistry if you are in their neighborhood and want to absolute best care around!

I have had what I call a "very ugly tooth" my entire life. When I was born my teeth were black. So growing up I had an enamel deficiency on my teeth. When I turned 13 I started noticing my tooth turning more and more yellow and cavity-like, no matter how much I brushed my teeth. Finally, I just got so self conscious of it. People would bully me and call me names because they thought I didn't brush my teeth, when in reality I scrubbed them until my gums bled all the time. I wouldn't smile in pictures with my teeth or really smile or laugh in person. Today, September 3, 2019, after many long years of fussing and being sad about it, and with the help of my parents... MY UGLY TOOTH IS GONE! Y'all I could cry! (and I did when I first saw it) After having cried and gone through so much trying to get rid of this tooth, ITS FINALLY GONE! The amount of confidence that I have now was worth ALL of the tears! I couldn't be any happier with the end result!! Thank you to everybody at Carlon Dentistry for all the help to get me to this point! If y'all need anything done I will ALWAYS recommend the ladies at Carlon! ❤️❤️
