I am a Volvo customer. I live in Springfield, TN. I bypass the other Volvo dealership to have your Volvo team work on my last 6 and current Volvo for the last 20+ years. Your crew has always taken extremely good care of me. Sure, in 20 years, there were mistakes made. They have always rectified the situations with great attitude. I will use no one else to service my car, nor would I purchase a car from anyone else.Your team is the best all the way around.
No help both times we visited. Stared at, but no offer of assistance. Approached an employee and were treated with a complete lack of respect. My wife commented that I should have brought my McLaren instead of my truck maybe that would have garnered their attention. Poor selection of cars and poor attitude. Pass on both.
