Finally found a honest fair place to take my car. Usually shops see an older woman alone and they see dollar signs. Not John, he tells you what is really wrong and fixes it for a fair price. John and his staff are honest as the day is long, knowledgeable on most any year, make and model, and thorough. I trust John implicitly to take care of all five of my vehicles from a 1982 Corvette to a 2012 Ford Flex. Just cruise past his business and you will note the large number of Mercedes and other foreign high-end vehicles at his shop. He services my orphaned 2009 Suzuki SX4, thus saving me a trip to Orlando or St. Petersburg (the only central Florida dealerships that are authorized by Suzuki to service their vehicles)... read more
I have trusted Carlisle's Auto Service with my foreign-made vehicles for years and have always been pleased with the high quality of the work done by John and his crew. Currently, I have a 1991 Volvo 240 and a 2011 VW Jetta: they keep both vehicles running smoothly. I also appreciate the courteous treatment and friendly attitude of the crew -- and the reasonable prices.
My wife and I have had the pleasure knowing john since the late eighties when we purchased her a car from rg waters and he became our go to guy for service. He took our business with him when he opened his shop and we've never considered going anywhere else Honest quality work that never let's us down with his service and scheduling (including mary's recent emergency).
