Terrible service experience on my LG refrigerator. It was obvious the technician was not familiar with the LG brand and had no clue how to service the brand. He was unable to perform even basic functions without callig the LG help desk. He came across as if he really didn't want to work on the appliance and had no sense of urgency in trying to fix the problem. After three visits he still could not identify or fix the problem. I just purchased my 3rd appliance from Carlisle Electronics. The first 2 appliances were delivered and worked perfectly. I just bought a fridge from them and it was delivered Monday. It didn't work! They sent out somebody to service it at 930am and he said it couldn't be fixed today. I called CE back and by 1130am I had a brand new fridge installed and working properly. They worked with me through everything and were very understanding of my needs. I will never buy an appliance anywhere else!
Great customer service. Bought the stove Saturday and stove will be delivered Monday. I would rather buy from here then the big box stores.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Called twice to purchase replacement to be told to call back later. Then finally free able to purchase, Delivery is 4 1/2 hours late for a washer to replace the one only two years old.
