Purchased an LG washer and dryer with a June 2 delivery date. Delivery was a no call, no show. When I called, I was told that they "lost" the dryer in their warehouse.I called on June 14 and they said they had found the dryer and were delivering that afternoon. RecommendedThanks to Carlisle Electronics and Appliance Center for coming through with the installation of a new wall oven, just in the nick of time for Christmas! The installation was well done and we are very happy! The first use of the oven was for a batch of Christmas cookies.
Very Happy with the purchase of our Speed Queen Washer in November. Installation was a breeze and they took away the old broken washer. Works like a charm, our clothing is so much fresher.
The manager knows how to lies have been waiting for over a week to get a new range delivered was told it would be delivered twice and no show my wife has been without a stove for a week which we payed for last thing we buy there
We purchased a Frigidaire product last year from your business - an air conditioner. We started it up this year on the hottest day so far and the compressor failed to work. We contacted your business in this regard and got no where over the phone and asked that an owner give us a call about this. We were informed at the time of the sale that you serviced what you sell...but obviously that is not the case. We have yet to receive a return phone call.
We've purchased all of our appliances from here for the last 15 years, except once when I purchased a dishwasher at Home Depot - it was a horrible decision. The sales folks are knowledgeable and not pushy. The delivery teams have always been courteous and professional. The prices are comparable to the big big box stores AND they service what they sell, unlike the big box stores. They deliver, setup, AND haul old appliances away.

Great service. They messed up our hardwood floor when installing our dishwasher but promptly sent someone out to fix it and they did a beautiful job!
Harold and Bob were great. They came to install my dishwasher and they were personable and very thorough. There was a pipe under our sink that needed attention and they took care of it without hesitation. Installation includes everything, all the cords, tubes, etc. You don't get any extra costs.
