This review is going to seem funny to some.... There is NO OTHER place I will go to and purchase vehicle. I have YET to do so, BUT the treatment, the attentiveness and most of all the HELP that Sebastian gives is THE BEST I have experienced yet. My monies tight but definitely will be visiting REAL SOON! We just recently started searching for a vehicle online and have the funds to have a vehicle shipped. Today, on a Sunday, I receive a random call from this dealership asking questions and caught me off guard since I had not been giving out my info. The guy then says “well it must not be a good time to talk” and hung up on me. I will never do business with a company who starts communication in that manner.
Was texting with Nikki about a vehicle. Made an offer on the vehicle and was asked "Can we talk" and after saying "Sure" I was ghosted. Texted the next day and apparently selling a car to someone out of state is a "Big risk." As if selling vehicles to people out of state isn't done all the time to people price shopping. It almost felt like I was expected to beg them to sell me a vehicle. People at this place are weird, I suggest avoiding it.
Purchased a 2017 Nisan Altima not even 3 weeks ago. The very next day it had to be brought in to get new brakes rotors and tires. Then when I was driving the car started jerking and shutting off at the red lights I contacted Oneika aka Nikki the one who sold me the car she said she would take care of the problem. So they picked up the car and said it was the fuel pump and said they replaced it. I told them it was a bad transmission but they kept ignoring the fact and tried to fix other things without even seeing the car. I h... read more
