Wow having read other reviews I don't who those people who where complaining where talking to . I called Carlini yesterday talked to a guy named Rex we talked about riding syle and look that i wanted. He gave me a few ideas. I rode over to the shop today did some brain storming with the guys in the shop came back home brain stormed with Rex ( Carlini ) talked for 30 minutes nailing down complete package. The worse service i've ever had in my life ! They ignore emails, no option to call them and i haven't got my order for a month now. the order got lost and there is nothing i can do about it and no one responding. Be careful !
Bad customer service and poor quality control. I purchased a set of 16inch menace apes last August for my winter upgrade. I have to admit and my neighbors agree that I have the baddest handlebars on the block. The problems all started when I went to assemble my new hand controls only to find out the chrome plating was .005 to .020 over the one inch diameter I ordered. After contacting their customer service I was told to just sand them down. Really! $400 for handlebars and I should just sand them down. As it turned out ... read more
