Pathfinder installed on 2025 F 350 and is bad ass! Had local shop put it on and love it. Not sure if Dominator maybe rides softer but overall great sytem
Good afternoon consumers after my second purchase of carli products the first one in 2022 for my ram 2500 was great. Now in 2024 i purchased the same setup for my f350 the shocks are completely different when hitting sharp bumps in the road the tires jump like a basketball. First they blame the installation from 4 wheel parts. Then the shock pressure and the tires and tire pressure. I would never recommend this for any reason at this point. I’ve had a failed track bar 3-4 times after installing. They sent me parts for it before and it lasted less than a year. Called customer service again and this time I spoke to a robot that was not helpful at all. He proceeded to make me feel like the questions I was asking were stupid and provided no helpful direction at all. It sounded like I was bothering him from the beginning and he was hurrying to get off the phone. We have a full 3” back country kit with extended high clearance control arms and torsion sway bar. The suspension has been wonderful. We recently had a Fox shock blow apart from a manufacturing defect where they hadn’t put locktite on the top of the shock. I spoke with Tyler at Carli and he explained that is was an issue on some of the Fox components and that they had stopped using them since. I really liked the idea of Carli, and they make really cool stuff, but don't try anything that makes your truck special. You either make your truck look the way they want or good luck. They will not help you. In my case, I was looking for all Carli Parts, but according to their support, I would need to buy 2 sets of 4 shocks to make my ideal system work. And by the way, if you try to buy a non Carli shock, then good luck guessing the size of shock you might need, because apparently, that measurement is a closely guarded stat... read more
