I really liked the idea of Carli, and they make really cool stuff, but don't try anything that makes your truck special. You either make your truck look the way they want or good luck. They will not help you. In my case, I was looking for all Carli Parts, but according to their support, I would need to buy 2 sets of 4 shocks to make my ideal system work. And by the way, if you try to buy a non Carli shock, then good luck guessing the size of shock you might need, because apparently, that measurement is a closely guarded stat... read more
Had to upgrade my ball joints and other steering components. The staff at Carli where very helpful and professional.
Ball joint went bad after a year and a half, actually failed faster than the moog joints I had in before. Without the original receipt there is no warranty. Very disappointing when these are supposed to be the best…

Bought a brand new Dodge 2500 four-wheel-drive Laramie wanted to do a lift kit 2 1/2 inch leveling kit they suggested Carli So I had them put it on it lasted two years And one of the rear shocks blew a seal, and I’m not a four-wheel-drive guy I bought it just for looks got back with the dealer. They made a phone call.
