I drove a family member to the hospital for a doctor's appointment on Sept. 9, 2026. The parking lot is quite small, yet the parking fee is OK at $5.00 per stay. One thing i had noticed is that you can not receive a receipt for parking at the hospital because you must pay cash. Very strange! The medical staff appeared to be very pleasant to speak with and courteous in the hospital 🏥. Our overall experience at the hospital was satisfying 😌 👌
Had to go to the ER 5 days post cesarean (June 20). Very disappointing that they would have a new addition funded, yet no consideration for accommodation for a nursing mother (nursing room, lactation room, a plain room with a chair, a general empty space away from the waiting room - anything). When I asked the doctor if there was a space to go express or nurse for my next visit, she shrugged and said “the bathroom? Parking lot?” which was delivered in a very dismissive manner. What a joke. Came into emerg. 2 people in front of me. My leg randomly swelling up and turning black. Extreme pain to touch and a history of heart and arterial issues. Left sitting for hours while numerous people not in distress stroll in and called ahead. Not sure how they prioritize in this place but it is really messed up. Glad i went to war for this country. A vet cant even see a doctor with a serious issue in this town. Do better for people. Pathetic.
Dr Lee is an amazing doctor with attention to detail and genuinely cares about her patients, she gave me an amazing experience and explained when/what she was doing very clearly every step of the way. If you want a doctor who actually cares about your health and genuinely try’s to eliminate the root problem as opposed to a “quick fix”, I highly suggest seeing her.
