Went to emerg last night and was greeted with kindness by all the nursing staff and receptionist. I was in and out in under 2 hours which is unheard of! The best part was one of the nurses brought in a rescue dog and does this often to bring joy to the residents and patients as well as helping to socialize the dogs. It was my favourite part! The dr was quick and efficient and very friendly as well. The new building is very nice and welcoming and the waiting room was comfy. My experience was a 10/10! Would definitely recommen... read more
Horrible experisnce yoy can show uo to emerg mod morning not another soul in site and yet still have to wait 8 fing hours in emerg. DO NOT GOTO EMERG THEIR HORRIBLE
Worst hospital I have ever been to, do not go unless you are willing to wait for 4 hours with pneumonia then be told that they can't give you an estimated wait time. Never going back again save yourself and never go here. Almonte is faster and has better doctors.
Attended thw CPDMH emergency dept on the evening of the 8th December. The emergency dept was super busy but went through triage in an acceptable time. Dealt with triage nurse Michelle who was genuinely concerned and professional in her work. I also dealt with nurses Chris and Sarah who showed caring and compassion for my situation as did all nurses in emergency at that time.
