I have no complaints about the work I had done there. However , I was told I would be referred to a dental surgeon for a more serious issue Nov or Dec of 2025. I heard nothing and phoned them to check on my referral in late winter 2026. Again in mid-spring and again in in the summer. Each time I was reassured a referral was sent/they would check with the dental surgeon. I left a voice mail asking for an update and recieved no call back. Made an appointment with another dentist. Very un-professional and highly disorganized. Nobody's ever in the office and secretary very rude when I explained I had 3rd party funding for sedation they promised and cancelled and last minute. After months of stringing me along I went elsewhere., not impressed'

Had me make 2 visits for x-rays, dentist never showed and secretary took when done answering fine, took pics. Then, got got 3 party funding cause CDCP wouldn't cover. They agreed to do surgery, then at last moment opted out because they said no 3rd party would do such a thing. I've been waiting patiently since Feb., and still has no teeth and is so frustrated. I finally went to my another dentist. I lived off grid for 5 years and at that time I pulled my own 2 front teeth out, and would do so again before returning to these ... read more
