The Heyward is a very neat, clean, quiet and gorgeous apartment complex! Not far from I35, and just one exit up the road is Denton. Elevators are in all bldgs. Free coffee at the clubhouse and front office. Workout place is 2 story. Ping pong table in the other nice relax area with seating that opens to the seating area by the pool area. I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. I have been trying to reach someone for over a week regarding a serious issue in my apartment, and no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. My A/C unit has been leaking, which has now caused mold in my apartment—something that is a major health concern and should be addressed immediately. My apartments recently got bought by these guys.....terrible i will most likely not be renewing my lease here. Was a nice place to live untill these people bought it.
So over this company they offered us a flexible payment service livable that actually approves people unlike flex rent which is crap and doesn’t approve anyone without an 800 credit score. So they give it to us for like 3 months then disable it the night before rent is due with no notice KNOWING people are relying on that service. No explanation nothing and this is right after a renewal they raised my rent 300$ a month after raising it continuously over 5 years I’ve lived in this dump. My experience is with Treymore at City Place. This place is a joke, after almost a year I still can’t get them to refund me the triple payment that was taken for an application. Yeah it’s just one of them for 35 bucks but it’s my money and I want it. Apparently this location and corporate doesn’t have a good relationship and I am being punished. I am so glad my application was denied I can’t imagine the account flaws with the tenants here. I will be seeking additional help in retrieving my payment. BUT TAKE THIS AS A WARNING... read more
