No privacy it gives college dorm! Management is rude as hell!! Oh and if is this your first apartment they will definitely try to get over on you! It’s just not even worth stress they cause on people for no reason
Apartments are cool but management & maintenance gives no sense of privacy , they have keys so they can come in whenever they feel like , doesn’t feel like a place your paying for .
im reading the reviews about carlton court on the carlton court website. it seems very strange that most of the reviews with 5 stars are from hispanic type names and most of the american names give 1-3 ratings. This seems one-sided and a class action suit may not be far behind. as a visitor it's never pleasant to be talked to as if this is 1960. the managers behavior needs to be addressed. treating residents like muppets is unacceptable. i never felt comfortable helping my daughter because of the rigid rules told to me by th... read more
Most people are saying this is good place to stay overall the environment is great and the unit are well care for but the landlord and office representatives are rude. They make you feel very uncomfortable and they seen annoyed by the job.
