Carleton court apartments may appear to be a nice complex but my experience with management has been very disappointing. The landlords have been rude and unprofessional and they are often unprofessional when it comes to important matters including handling essential documents. No privacy it gives college dorm! Management is rude as hell!! Oh and if is this your first apartment they will definitely try to get over on you! It’s just not even worth stress they cause on people for no reason
Apartments are cool but management & maintenance gives no sense of privacy , they have keys so they can come in whenever they feel like , doesn’t feel like a place your paying for .
im reading the reviews about carlton court on the carlton court website. it seems very strange that most of the reviews with 5 stars are from hispanic type names and most of the american names give 1-3 ratings.
