RecommendedPerfect location, perfect loft!
CAL has been a great place to live. I've been here since 2013 and it's wonderful to be able to have a dog (not many places allow dogs). The location is perfectly in between both downtowns and the St. Anthony Park neighborhood is wonderful with it's parks, smalls shops, and growing brewery scene! I've run into some strange issues (water leaking from above, bathroom door malfunctioning) and they've always been super quick to resolve the problems and always super friendly.
We've been here almost 7 years - we love the community, light rail right outside our door, and having fun events going on in the building. Great amenities and value for the price.
Overall a good place to live. I love that it is dog-friendly!
I've lived here since June 2016. It's a wonderful place full of wonderfully creative people. I've had nothing but good experience with the management, and the maintenance folks are excellent and quick to respond. I highly recommend.
