We recently lost all our food due to hurricane Irma , and after speaking with Carla , she helped set up a way for us to replace our delicious Carle's Brats all the way down in Florida , Thank you very much and God Bless.
The staff at Carle's went above and beyond our expectations of customer service .My parents and I are in town for a family reunion. This has been my 80 year old fathers all time favorite restaurant !!! We met their long time friends there for lunch. During lunch our friend had difficulty while eating. The staff and also customers came to assist. I am so humbled by the thoughtfulness and concerned by strangers . Stopped in for lunch, had cabbage rolls and spaetzel. Wonderful meal, pleasant staff and live accordian music. Got some bratwurst to make at home also. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.
