Purchased some of their fresh made bratwurst yesterday. Safe to say they did not disappoint. No more Johnsonville for me! Carle's are hands down the best brats I have ever had!
Great deli and cafeteria style restaurant. I stop by every time I’m in Bucyrus. You can’t beat the bratwurst, and I always stock up. Unfortunately shipping them is very expensive. Great potato salad and pickled beets.
