RecommendedCarle's, an intregal business of Bucyrus. I shopped there since the early thirties with my parents and later with my wife and our children.
Nice little market. Fresh meats and the best bratwurst.
So delicious and fresh. Best comfort food for this Yankee who moved south.
Hamburger casserole is my favorite item off the hot bar.

Variety of things to eat. Adorable place that is clean too. Plenty of seating.
Their layered chicken casserole, bratwurst casserole & beef & noodles are my favorites from the hot bar! Ruth's Cranberry Salad, Chicken Salad & Pea Salad are wonderful! Their homemade soups are fabulous!
